Concept of Forming Fabric Design

To fulfill the requirements of higher paper quality and higher productivity, trends of paper making technology not only make paper machine wider and faster, but also make new drainage and sheet forming systems.In paper machine wet end. foming fabric, which has a great effect on paper quality such as sheet formation, printability, uniformity of profile, etc. and on operating effeciency such as fabric life, splashing, runnability. etc. also must be matched to new required paper making conditions. Thus, developing and selecting of forming fabric after careful consideration of its characteristics are more important than heretofore.We would like to introduce our design concept of forming fabric for new generation paper machine at the viewpoint of its characteristics such as high stability, dense and smooth surface, high drainage capability, high abrasion resistance, less water-carring, etc.
