The invention discloses a low-order coal quality improvement and power generation integrated system based on solar energy and coal gasification combination, belonging to the field of low-order coal quality improvement. The system mainly comprises a solar heat collector, a pyrolyzer, a coal/semicoke cooler, a predrying device, a boiler, a steam turbine and a power generator. According to the system, the solar heat collector, a low-order coal quality improvement system and a small-sized power generation system are coupled; the solar heat collector provides hot air for the boiler and the pyrolyzer; and a combustible gas from the low-order coal quality improvement system enters the boiler of the small-sized power generation system for combustion, and boiler flue gas of the small-sized power generation system and steam extracted by the steam turbine enter the pyrolyzer. The system disclosed by the invention realizes the coupling of the solar heat collector, the low-order coal quality improvement system and the small-sized power generation system, sufficiently utilizes a solar resource, thereby achieving the effects of low cost and high yield; in addition, the system disclosed by the invention prevents the energy waste, achieves the effects of waste heat utilization, sufficient gradient energy utilization and can be sued for producing a coal/semicoke product.
