Les plantes steppiques dans la flore et dans la végétation des régions dinariques de Croatie

1998
Analysis of the presence of two species - Carex humilis and Chrysopogon gryllus - as well as mention of some others steppe-species in plant cover of Dinaric Alps in Croatia have a purpose to estimate significance of these plants in flora and vegetation of Croatia. Although the low number of steppe-plants in comparison with the total number of pelant species in Croatia, which is about 4000, is not so significant, these plant have one important role in the vegetation, not only by their presence in high frequency, than also by the fact that they take a great part in the biomass of some sintaxonomical units. This is also one attempt of the explanation that widespread ofsome steppe-species in Europe is not connected with nomadic migrations than, on the contrary, steppe-species was caused them.
