A monolithic ceramic capacitor (1) includes an element body (2) including a multilayer portion including a plural conductor layers and plural ceramic dielectric layers alternately stacked in a thickness direction (T). The element body is divided in the thickness direction into thickness-direction first (6b1) and second (6b2) outer layer portions made of the ceramic dielectric layers (3), and a thickness-direction inner layer portion (6a) including the multilayer portion (9). The element body (2) bulges to the outer side at a center portion in a length direction (L), and center portions in the length direction of the plural conductor layers (4) are curved to the outer side. The thickness of a portion of the first outer layer portion (6b1) adjacent to a first extension portion (4c1) is larger than the thickness of a center portion (6b2) thereof, and the thickness of a portion of the second outer layer portion (6b2) adjacent to a second extension portion (4c2) is larger than the thickness of a center portion thereof.
