A topical polarized piezoelectric film sensor

The present invention provides a topical polarized piezoelectric film sensor, the field of structural health monitoring belongs. Sensor of the present invention includes a piezoelectric thin film, top electrode, a bottom electrode, an auxiliary electrode, a flexible printed circuit, connection point and a protective layer; an electrode array disposed on the piezoelectric film having a piezoelectric property and only at each electrode. The auxiliary electrode through the piezoelectric film of each bottom electrode to the top electrode lead. A flexible printed circuit on the printed side of the piezoelectric film, the top electrode and the auxiliary electrode each electrode lead to the connection point; a protective layer of epoxy material coated on both sides of the piezoelectric film. Sensor of the present invention takes the form of a thin film, greatly reduces the weight of the piezoelectric sensor, in line with the requirements of the aircraft weight loss; does not require a large number of piezoelectric sheets manually paste, simply attaching monolithic piezoelectric film sensor to the base structure, to facilitate integration of the base body, in line with the requirements of the aircraft, and has a higher reliability.
