The Study on the Expression of some Related Proteins of ERK Signaling Pathway in CAA Patients' Bone Marrow with Reinforcing Kidney and Nourishing Blood

Objective: To observe the expression of extracellular regulated protein signaling pathway in CAA patients' bone marrow with Reinforcing Kidney and Nourishing Blood.Methods: 60 CAA patients were divided into two groups(kidney yang and yin deficiency type) by TCM,all of them were treated with Busuishengxue Granule,and another 20 healthy volunteers as normal control group.Use Western blot method to observe the expression of ERK1 and ERK2 in CAA patients' bone marrow mononuclear cells before and after treatment.Results: The expression of ERK1 and ERK2 in CAA patients' bone marrow mononuclear cells were lower than the normal control group(P all0.05),and expression of ERK1 and EKR2 were both on the rise after treatment(P all0.05),but the levels of kidney yang deficiency type were increased a higher degree than kidney yin deficiency type after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion: The expression of ERK1 and ERK2 in CAA patients' bone marrow showed low levels,so it suggested that abnormal ERK signaling pathway is closely related with the pathogenesis of CAA,and Busuishengxue Granule may regulate the expression of ERK signaling pathway associated protein ERK1,ERK2 to improve the CAA bone marrow hematopoiesis,and there were efficacy differences in TCM syndrome type.
