The organization of the diagnosis and treatment of patients with bladder tumors in Rostov Province

: Statistical data evidence for the growth of urological cancer incidence in Rostov Province. The experience of the authors gained in 1966 to 1992 favors the syndrome approach to the out- and inpatient treatment policy in the conditions of increasing number of relevant patients. The above approach allows a considerable increase of therapeutic and operative facilities. The original organ-sparing surgical techniques reduce the recurrences number in cases with indicated cystectomy and improve short-term outcomes.
