Overall and reproductive health of nation becomes a crucial issue at the beginning of the XXI century in Russia. Together with unsatisfactory ecological environment and huge emotional load, nutrition issue, which becomes a burning point on today's agenda, is a factor deteriorating the RF nation's health: the food market is flooded with unsatisfactory local and imported food products. The share of food with low percentage of vitamins and micro elements has significantly increased. These result in worsening human body's health, in decreasing immunity and vitality, and in premature aging.
