Seasonal variation of the amounts of some mineral elements and nutrition concentration during the development of sweet persimmon fruit.

2000
The result showed that the fruit growth and sugar accumulation had two peak periods following blooming and nearing matureness respectively. Sugar accumulation was higher in the near-mature period. The concentrations of N、Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe and Cu were higher in the young fruits, and then decreased quickly along with fruit expanding. The contents of P and K tended to increase with the increase of sugar in the near-mature period. The content variation of Zn element followed the pattern-decrease→increase→decrease during the three periods of the course of development of the fruits.
