A preparation in film form comprising: a soluble edible polymer soluble in water and a polar organic solvent; and insoluble drug particles in a polar organic solvent wherein the edible polymer is polyvinyl pyrrolidone and / or hydroxypropyl cellulose, and wherein said insoluble drug particles in a polar organic solvent are contained in a state as particles and not in a state recrystallised within the preparation in film form, wherein the average particle size of the drug particles is 0.1 to 60 um, and in which "insoluble in a polar organic solvent" it means an amount of 100 ml is necessary or more of a polar organic solvent to dissolve 1 g of solute at 20 ° C.
