The Effect on Endothelin and Nitricoxide of Hyperlipemia Rabbit through Moxibustion with Medicinal Cake

Objective Through systemetic observation of moxibustion with medicinal cake to the regulated effect of hyperlipemia of the blood-lipid of rabbit, It expounds acting mechanism of this treatment. Method Using high fat diet of cholesterol the model of hypcrlipemia is established. Moxibustion with medicinal cake is used to treat it. Adopting radio-immunity, cholcsterol of endothelin (ET), the nitricoxide (NO) is determined with the method of nitratereductasc. Results The content of plasma ET of group of moxibustion with medicinal cake is obviously lower than that of group of model group, the difference between them has remarkable meaning (P 0.05). The content of endothelin in group of moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion has no difference in statistics (P 0.05). Although the content of blood plasma NO in four groups has the trend of model group, group of blank space, group of moxibustion with medicinal cake and group of direct moxibustion. In comparison the two groups to another two groups these four groups have no difference with the management of statistics (P 0.05). Conclusions The moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion have regulating and treating effect to the content of plasma ET of hyperlipemia rabbit.
