Technical Study on Sizing and Reducing Hot Rolled Seamless Square Tubes with Micro Tension

In the paper,the manufacturing technology,groove parameters and rotating speed of rollers for hot rolled seamless square tubes are designed through analyzing and researching the series of laws for groove of sizing mill with micro tension in Common and Special Steel Tubes Co. Ltd.. The detection results of 110 mm × 110 mm × 6 mm hot rolled seamless square tubes show that both of the physical dimension and mechanical properties could meet the requirements of relative standards so that the design of sizing process,groove parameters and rotating speed of rollers for hot rolled seamless square tubes is rational and feasible.
