Revisión retrospectiva de la ejecución de proyectos relacionados con el postconflicto en las zonas ETCR “espacios territoriales de capacitación y reincorporación” del municipio de Caldono, Cauca, una propuesta de mejoramiento desde las prácticas de liderazgo

The signing of the Peace Accords between the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP confers the Territorial Spaces for Training and Reintegration "ETCR", delimited areas within the national territory for carrying out different interventions, including health actions aimed at the population of ex-combatants, which are assigned to the State Social Enterprises through resolutions issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. In order to evaluate the execution of these actions, a thematic review of the post-conflict was carried out, the missionary and billing processes were observed directly, and a survey measuring leadership skills was applied to the people in charge of providing health care. A deficient execution of the resources assigned by the Ministry was found, faults in the billing processes and it was possible to measure the frequency of application of leadership practices through which recommendations for improvement to the institution were generated.
