Focus on Rising College Textbook Prices

Jeffrey Grove Frustration among students and parents over the rising costs of a college education is not new. While colleges, states and even the federal government have attempted to address the causes of those rising costs, scrutiny has shifted in recent years to the role of increasing textbook prices. Although textbooks are considerably less expensive than tuition and fees, they still are a significant financial burden for many students.
