Satellite-borne extendable antenna extending arm locking mechanism

2014
The invention discloses a satellite-borne extendable antenna extending arm locking mechanism which comprises an extending arm locking mechanism and a structure arranged on an extending arm and matched with the locking mechanism, wherein the extending arm locking mechanism at least comprises a sleeve, positioning pins arranged at the two ends of the sleeve, and a spring between the two positioning pins, the positioning pins at the two ends of the spring can slide in the sleeve when the positioning pins compress the spring, the extending arm locking mechanism is assembled on connectors of a large arm body and a small arm body of the extending arm, the inner sides of two connection lugs of the connector of the small arm body are respectively provided with a U-shaped clamping groove, the outer side of the connector of the small arm is matched with the inner side of the connector of the large arm body, the large arm body is connected with the small arm body through a shaft, and the positioning pins at the two ends of the spring are connected with installation holes of the small arm body and the large arm body in a matching mode on one side of the shaft; when a large arm and a small arm of an antenna extend, the small arm rotates around a stud shaft located at the position where the large arm and the small arm are hinged together, and meanwhile, the positioning pins slide in a sliding groove in the small arm, and the two positioning pins slide into positioning holes and are clamped and locked after a required extension angle is reached. The mechanism can lock the position where the large arm is connected with the small arm accurately and reliably and achieve the extension of the antenna extending arm.
