A process for the separation of polarizable bioparticles

The invention relates to a process for the separation of a polarizable Biopartikels comprising the steps: a) preliminary separation of a dielectrophoretic polarizable Biopartikels from a suspension of bioparticles; b) fluidic separation of the selected Biopartikels by fixing the Biopartikels in a dielectrophoretic field cage and flow around the Biopartikels with fluid; c) transferring the separated Biopartikels from the dielectrophoretic field cage in a culturing space; d) fixing the dielectrophoretic separated Biopartikels in the culturing room and inspection, observation, manipulation and / or cultivation of the separated Biopartikels. The invention further relates to a microfluidic system and its use.
