According to the mirror evaluation training low-frequency electric stimulation rehabilitation system of the invention, electric stimulation pulse signals can be generated through electric stimulation reference signals, so that active movement function recovery of hemiplegic patients can be realized, and the function of the healthy-side limbs of the hemiplegic patients can be mobilized, so that the affected sides of the hemiplegic patients can be assisted to perform rehabilitation training, and the consciousnesses of the patients for autonomous participation in training can be obviously improved, and a whole rehabilitation process can be accompanied with rehabilitation evaluation, and rehabilitation can be tracked.
