Supercharged diesel engine system based on exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) high pressure cavity

2012
The utility model provides a supercharged diesel engine system based on an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) high pressure cavity. The supercharged diesel engine system based on the EGR high pressure cavity comprises a diesel and a turbine supercharger, a turbine of the turbine supercharger is connected with exhaust manifolds of air cylinders of the diesel through an exhaust head pipe, and a compressor of the turbine supercharger is connected with intake manifolds of the air cylinders of the diesel through an intake head pipe. The supercharged diesel engine system based on the EGR high pressure cavity further comprises the EGR high pressure cavity and an EGR valve, wherein the EGR high pressure cavity is communicated with the exhaust manifolds through a one-way stop valve, and the EGR high pressure cavity is communicated with the exhaust head pipe through a release valve and the EGR valve. The supercharged diesel engine system based on the EGR high pressure cavity can effectively utilize impulse energy in exhausting air, enables waste gas with high pressure to kick a single direction stop valve, pours the waste gases into the high pressure cavity, improves waste gas pressure of the EGR cavity, so that pressure in the release valve of the high pressure cavity is guaranteed in a constant state eventually. The waste gases can smoothly return to the intake head pipe, and NOx discharge of the diesel is lowered.
