The invention relates to an electrical insulating comprising a) 500 to 1500 parts by weight of at least one epoxy resin as component A, b) as component B, 1 to 150 parts by weight of at least one cationic UV curing agent for the epoxy resin, c) 0.1 to 75 parts by weight as adhesion as component C at least one organic thio compound, d) 5 to 30 parts by weight of at least one film-forming agent as component D, e) 0 to 70 parts by weight of further additives as component E.
