Chronic gastroduodenitis in children is commonly associated with concomitant gastrointestinal comorbid pathologies: biliary dysfunction in 71% of patients, sphincter of Oddy dysfunction (pancreatic type) 30%, irritable bowel syndrome 22%. Microelemental status disturbances and dysbacteriosis are associated with the presence of clinic-functional changes in the period of the underlying disease remission.
