The utility model relates to a forklift hydraulic system with functions of priority and unloading, which comprises two oil pumps, a multiway valve, a load sensing diverter, a diversion oil cylinder, a lifting oil cylinder, an inclined oil cylinder, and the like, wherein the multiway valve is a sheet type multiway valve and comprises a priority valve, a lifting diversion valve and an inclined diversion valve; pressure oil is output by the first oil pump; part of the pressure oil is distributed into a diverter of a forklift through a CF port of the priority valve in the multiway valve, thereby controlling the deflection of a folklift body; and the other part of the pressure oil is converged with pressure oil output by the second oil pump from an EF port of the priority valve and then flows to the lifting oil cylinder and the inclined oil cylinder of the forklift by passing through the lifting diversion valve and the inclined diversion valve, thereby controlling the actions of lifting and descending as well as forward and backward inclination of the forklift; as the multiway valve is internally provided with an unloading valve and an electromagnetic valve to control the first oil pump to unload, the problem that the idling torque of an engine is not enough can be solved; the multiway valve is internally provided with a system main safety valve to conduct overload protection on a system; and the priority valve is connected with a diversion overflow valve, thereby preventing diversion pressure from being overhigh, and protecting a diversion system.
