Использование д-Пантенола в лечении пеленочного дерматита у грудных детей

The article deals with the outcomes of using d-Panthenol ointment in thirty-two 6-to-12-month-old infants with diaper dermatitis. The obtained findings confirmed high clinical efficacy of using this topical means in treatment of various-severity diaper dermatitis. Even in pronounced manifestations of diaper dermatitis, d-Panthenol may be used as monotherapy. The drug’s safety confirmed during the study carried out in domestic conditions makes it possible to recommend d-Panthenol as a means of choice in treatment of diaper dermatitis in infants over 6 months of age.
