Optimization for two-step biochemical kinetic resolution of enantiomers

A method is presented to optimize the two-step biochemical kinetic resolution of enantiomers. The optimization results were verified experimentally via the enantioselective hydrolysis of ketoprofen methyl ester and the enantioselective esterification of ketoprofen.
