Initiative and Individualized Psychological Intervention Applied to the Nursing in Operation Room

Objective To investigate the initiative of individual psychological intervention in the application of nursing in operation room. Methods 120 patients in our hospital in 2011 June—2012 June routine operation room operation as the object of study, they were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group control group of 60 patients, control group received conventional nursing in operation room patients, psychological intervention group patients based on routine nursing care to be initiative, personalized, compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and psychological and physiological changes. Results the patients in the observation group anxiety scale was significantly lower than the control group, the heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure is less than the control group, the difference has statistical significance. The observation group patients satisfaction with nursing work was also significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion psychological nursing work initiative, personalized could relieve patients nervousness, anxiety, stable vital signs, help patients spend operation period. Can significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing, improve the nurse-patient relationship, worthy of promotion, application in clinical work.
