Fault diagnosis based on hybrid system model and filter for power electronic circuits

Aim To solve the problem of fault diagnosis for power electronic circuit and improve the reliability of power electronic circuit system.Methods According to the mathematical model and strong tracking filter,a modified Bayes algorithm for fault decision is applied.Results Based on hybrid system theory,a mathematical model of power electronic circuits is established and the strong tracking filter algorithm based on state and parameter estimation of hybrid system is presented.A real time fault diagnosis for electronic circuit is realized.Conclusion The fault diagnosis method based on hybrid system and strong tracking filter is feasible for the parametric type and structural type fault.
