Anti-ageing epoxy paint, preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses anti-ageing epoxy paint, a preparation method and an application thereof. The anti-ageing epoxy paint is prepared by the following components: 30-55 parts of epoxy resin, 0-5 parts of reactive diluent, 5-15 parts of pigment, 22.5-40 parts of filler, 1.0-2.0 parts of aids, 0.5-5.0 parts of anti-ageing agent, 40-80 parts of amine curing agent and 20-70 parts of solvent, wherein the anti-ageing agent is a substance with a hinderde-amine structure. In the invention, the solvent, epoxy resin, reactive diluent, anti-aging agent and auxiliary agent are mixed, then added with pigment and filler, mixed evenly, filtrated to obtain component A; the amine curing agent and the solvent are mixed evenly and filtrated to obtain component B; and before coating, component A and component B are mixed to obtain the anti-aging epoxy paint. The anti-ageing agent epoxy paint prepared by the invention has the advantages of low cost, long stationary phase for storage and excellent weather resistance, can meet the requirement of long-term outdoor application, and is applicable to floor coating, paint for internal and external walls and protective coating of steel structures.
