A Provincial Grid Investment Distribution Method based on the Evaluation of Distribution Network Investment Benefit and Grid Gevelopment Demand

2020
with the increasing of the distribution network investment, how to allocate provincial network to local network is a nomal problem faced by state grid companies. Due to the lack of quantitative evaluation standards, provincial grid companies are prone to be deviatoric between investment distribution and actual investment demand. This paper puts forward a distribution network investment allocation model combined with historical investment performance on the basis of sorting out the investment distribution process of provincial grid companies. Firstly, the evaluation index system of distribution network investment effectiveness is established. Secondly, the investment benefit is calculated according to the investment income data of each city’s grid company over the years. Combined with the power demand of the city’s electrical network company development, the distribution network investment distribution model is constructed. Case analysis is used to verfy the effectiveness of the research results.
