Device for measuring drilling gas discharge speed in simulated drilling process

2013
The utility model relates to a device for measuring the drilling gas discharge speed in a simulated drilling process. The device comprises a fixed barrel communicated with a coal seam simulator and an electric rock drill. A top cap is arranged at the other end of the fixed barrel, and a through hole is reserved at the center of the top cap. The electric rock drill is connected with one end of a push rod, the other end of the push rod is connected with the tail of a drill rod, the head of the drill rod extends into the fixed barrel through the through hole at the center of the top cap so as to drill a simulated coal seam, a sliding bearing is inlaid inside the top cap, a connecting tube is arranged on one side of the fixed barrel, one end of the connecting tube is communicated with the coal seam simulator, the other end of the connecting tube is connected with a host computer, a coal dust filter is arranged in the middle of the connecting tube, measuring instruments are installed in the host computer, and coal dust is discharged from the coal seam simulator and then enters the host to be measured by the measuring instruments. The speed of drilling gas discharge in the simulated drilling process is measured successfully, and change rules of coal seam outburst risk level can be obtained by follow-up studies on the changing trend of the speed, and are important new indexes for measuring the coal seam outburst risk level.
