The invention relates to the field of food processing. The invention discloses a processing method of ready-to-eat drunk chicken wings. The processing method comprises the following steps: cleaning up the chicken wings, and draining off for later use; preparing salting liquid; performing vacuum kneading-salting; taking out the salted chicken wings and paving in a one-layer manner, and drying by adopting low-temperature hot air; packaging after drying; performing direct thermal processing and thermal sterilization on the packaged chicken wings; and cooling to obtain finished chicken wings. The method is easy to operate, the processed drunken chicken wings are red and bright in color, have unique wine aroma, the taste is delicious, and the drunken chicken wings are nutritional and healthy, can be eaten once opening, and can be circulated for 6 months at normal temperature.
