Display panel and displayer

The invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a colored film layer. The colored film layer comprises sub pixels in different colors and optical filters in colors corresponding to the colors of the sub pixels. The sub pixels generate light in the corresponding colors under irradiation of blue light. The optical filters are arranged on the sides, far away from the blue light incident direction, of the corresponding sub pixels. The colored film layer further comprises blue light emitting units. The blue light emitting units are of a gap structure. The display device comprises the display panel provided in any embodiment and further comprises a blue light backlight module which is used for providing the blue light for the sub pixels. The display panel and the display device have the higher display color gamut and the higher color purity.
