Enorma burkinafasonensis sp. nov., a new bacterium isolated from a human Gut Microbiota

Abstract Strain Marseille-P9525T is a Gram-positive, obligatory anaerobic and non-motile bacterium isolated from a human faecal micobiota. Its phenotypic pattern including mass spectrometry peptide profile as well as genome sequence support the proposal of a new species for which the name Enorma burkinafasonensis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain has been deposited in a public collection.
