Test de Denominación de Boston: rendimiento de jóvenes adultos de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Aim: To analyze psychometric properties of the Naming Boston Test for young adults from Buenos Aires. Method: We assessed 40 participants between 20 and 39 years old. We calculated item difficulty and discrimination and compare them with Argentinian version from 1997. The internal consistency of the test was analyzed and, finally, preliminary normative data was calculated for this age group. Results: Differences were observed with respect to the data available from 1997 with items with higher and lower percentage of accuracy. Cronbach's α values was = .551 and the cut off score was established in 47 points. Conclusion: The differences found between the subjects evaluated in this work and the previous Argentine data highlight the importance of generating updates of the psychometric properties of the tests in different populations.
