Матриксные металлопротеиназы, их роль в физиологических и патологических процессах (обзор)

The article highlights the classification and biological role of matrix metalloproteinases in such pathological processes as morphogenesis, angiogenesis and embryogenesis. The influence of metalloproteinases in mechanisms of formation and development of non-differentiated connective tissue dysplasia, endometriosis, wound process and tumor growth is shown.
