In a frequency band unwanted signals of the second-order distortion component is generated, the impedance between the amplifier circuit and the output matching circuit so as not match, changing the output impedance of the amplifier circuit. The output impedance of the amplifier circuit is changed by controlling the variable impedance circuit.
