Advances in Glucansucrase

Glucansucrase is a kind of α-transglucosidase,and also is an important tool enzyme for biocatalysis and biosynthesis.The types and the transglycosylation mechanism of glucansucrase as well as its application in biocatalysis,biosynthesis and role in protein engineering were reviewed.
