Module for delay and recording of nanosecond pulses using high-speed memory

The DD-OO module for delay and recording of nanosecond pulses is described, which is based on integrated circuit (100-MHz) random-access memories. These modules can be used for recording of photomultiplier signals and digitization of data from proportional and drift detectors.
