The paper (a) describes the nature of specially conditioned electromagnetic (era) fields that may be capable of coupling favorable with those that underlie gravity and give rise to inertia, and (b) employs computational fluid dynamics techniques to obtain a first-order approximation of the influences of such em fields on reducing or reversing flight resistance at transluminal and superluminal speeds.
