Thermal and electrical studies of the system thallium (I) telluride - Mercury (II) telluride

The phase equilibrium diagram for the system thallium (I) telluride-mercury (II) telluride has been constructed from results obtained by thermal methods employing derivatograph and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The diagram has been compared with that published earlier. The electrical resistances of compounds formed in the system have been measured within the range from liquid helium to room temperature.
