Copper‐ and Palladium‐Cocatalyzed Intramolecular C—H Functionalization/C—N Bond Formation: A Route to the Synthesis of Indoloisoquinoline Derivatives.

The C3-arylation of indoles (I) with bromide (II) followed by Pd/Cu-catalyzed cyclization of resulting aldoximes (III) leads to desired indoloisoquinolines (IV) in good yields.
