The health and occupational security allows us to safeguard the life of the employees that have a direct relationship with their group or work environment. Being able to identify the factors the employees are exposed to will allow us to take actions to prevent any type of unwanted incident within the organization. The development of a tool that allows us to identify the types of risks coworkers are exposed to will make it easier to develop preventive programs and not wait for casualties that affect employees physically and mentally. For the development of this project, tools are developed that provide information about psychosocial factors that affect the progress of work. With the help of the department of Human Resources of the financial institution, favorable data was gathered for identifying the risks found in the area and being able to act on them.
