Tenmo-general tensor moment polarization computer program

Abstract A computer program for calculating the most general tensor moments of polarization has been developed. Tensor moments of outgoing particles from a two-body final state reaction are calculated explicitly in terms of the tensor moments of the initial state particles, the scattering or reaction matrices, and the energy and angles.
