Statistical analysis of RhD antigen-negative phenotype of blood donor in Tai'an

Objective:To establish phenotype distribution database of RhD-negative blood donors in Taian, so as to guarantee clinical requirement.Method:RhD antigen was screened with microplate blood group serology. RhD antigen-negative was confirmed by test tube method. RhD-negative was phenotyped with blood grouping serum.Result:In 89 860 blood donors, 352 were detected for RhD antigen negative, accounting for 0.39%; 10 were RhD antigen variation, accounting for 0.01%. The d gene frequency was 0.062 6, D was 0.937 4, ccdee was 57.39%,cde was 0.047 4,Ccdee was 33.80%.Other phenotypes were rare.The distribution characteristic was ccdeeCcdeeCCdeeccdEeCcdEeccdEE.Conclusion:It might be of great significance to phenotype RhD antigen-negative blood donors for safe blood transfusion.
