Non-contract message communication system

PURPOSE: To use a telephone set and a facsimile equipment as an output means in addition to a terminal equipment without making a contract and to inform an opposite party of the arrival of a message, with respect to the non-contract message communication system in which a non-contract party sends/receives a message via a center. CONSTITUTION: In the message communication system provided with a message communication service center 30 having a text storage function and implementing message exchange among media via a communication network, the communication network is configured to account the charge through a charge deputy collection function, and the message communication service center 30 is featured to be provided with a means set by a bulletin board ID designating a user on its occasion in the case of message registration from a text terminal equipment 11 or a telephone set 12 to generate a relevant bulletin board and with a means converting a message corresponding to the bulletin board ID set by the designated user into information in response to an output medium and outputting the information.
