The mould can determine the variation of a shrinkage and the like of a resin product in the mould, the method for evaluating product and method for determining forming condition adopt the mould. The mould, which comprises a shrinkage determining portion for determining the variation of the shrinkage of the resin product in the mould with the time and/or a contraction force determining portion for determining the variation of the contraction force of the resin product in the mould with the time, is used. In the mould, preferably, the contraction force determining portion has a transmission part for transmitting the contraction force, by which the contraction force is determined, the shrinkage determining portion has a movable part moved by the contraction of the resin, and the displacement of the movable part is determined as the shrinkage.
