Multi-variant sludge tempering process

2013
The invention relates to the technical field of sludge treatment, and in particular relates to a multi-variant sludge tempering process for solving the problems of low treatment capability, high cost and bad effect existing in the present domestic sludge dewatering and drying treatment. The multi-variant sludge tempering process is characterized in that an additive is formed by uniformly stirring 5%-15% of lime, 5%-20% of biomass and 0.1% of PAM according to absolute dry mass of the sludge; the sludge is uniformly mixed with the additive, wherein the lime in the additive and water in the sludge are subjected to chemical reaction and generate heat; the biomass is industrial offal and is an inorganic material so as to reduce the compressibility coefficient of the sludge. Additive source is enough; the additive is low in cost and operation is simple; water content of the dried sludge is about 50%; and a remarkable dewatering effect is achieved, and simultaneously the process has no special requirements on the production equipment, so the process can be promoted on large scale for treating domestic sludge.
