Application of ISM in Urban Public Traffic Planning

Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM) can grasp the nature of problem and find out effective countermeasures solving the problem when it is used to analyze urban public traffic problems.Taking the problem of public traffic in Tianshui City for example,by establishing ISM to analyze it systematically,corresponding solutions and improvement projects are proposed,which validates the scientificity and rationality of ISM.
