Double-driving flexographic printing machine head

2015
The invention relates to the technical field of industrial printing machines, in particular to a double-driving flexographic printing machine head. The printing machine head comprises a paper roller which is arranged between two wall plates and driven by a paper roller shaft. A paper rolling motor is arranged on the side face of one wall plate, printing motors are further arranged on the side faces of the wall plates. A shaft sleeve is arranged on the part, on the side of the paper roller, of the paper roller shaft in a rolling manner. The printing motors are arranged on the shaft sleeve in a transmission manner through a transmission mechanism. The shaft sleeve is provided with a driving gear used for being meshed with a printing gear of the printing roll. When a material belt is slightly dislocated at a certain printing machine head body, it is only needed that the shaft sleeve arranged on the paper roller shaft in the rolling manner is driven through the movement of the printing motors, the shaft sleeve drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the printing gear on the printing roller, and the printing gear reaches and is adjusted to the proper position. Due to the fact that the printing roller rotates independently and does not need to be driven by the paper roller machine material belt to rotate, deformation of the material belt can be avoided, the quality of presswork is guaranteed, adjustment of subsequent printing machine heads is avoided, a large quantity of manpower resources are saved, and the printing quality is ensured.
