Answer: Actinomyces meyeri sinusitis. Figure 1 in the photo quiz depicts thin, branching, filamentous organisms staining positive with Grocott methenamine silver (GMS), with additional stains showing the organisms to be periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) and Gram positive and acid fast negative.
