This third edition textbook on neurologic emergencies is written by a collaborative team of physicians, including Drs. Henry, Little, and Jagoda, 3 professors of emergency medicine; Dr. Pellegrino, a professor of neurology; and Dr. Quint, a professor of neuroradiology. In this edition, the authors maintain the previous editions' approach of symptom-based evaluation, an excellent conceptual approach for a variety of emergency situations.
