Henry, Little, and Jagoda, 3 professors of emergency medicine; Dr. Pellegrino, a professor of neurology; and Dr. Quint, a professor of neuroradiology. In this edition, the authors maintain the previous editions' approach of symptom-based evaluation, an excellent conceptual approach for a variety of emergency situations. This third edition also favorably adds a 2-chapter discussion of neuroimaging by the new coauthor, Dr. Quint. …
