Clinical and Roentgenographic Studies of Lumber Canal Stenosis with Degenerative Scoliosis

1991
Sixteen cases of degenerative scoliosis were found in 155 operative cases of lumber canal stenosis. The symptomatic (sciatica) side and the side of root sheath defect in myelography were commonly seen at the convex side of scoliosis. The operations were performed using Luque rods, and postoperatively, the degree of scoliosis was unchanged and that of kyphosis was decreased.
